Mike has been a business owner in Burlington since he moved to town in 1981, starting off with a stint as owner of a great bookstore called the Little Professor, on Church Street, and two independent real estate companies.

He's not a Vermonter, but as he likes to say, he's related to two - his sons, both born in Burlington! He and his wife Joan have renovated homes in Richmond at Fays Corners, on Robinson Parkway, South Union Street and Maple Street in Burlington, and has owned investment property in the county over the years.
His passion is professional service at the highest levels to his clients - to someone searching for that one certain book back in the '80's, to his 300+ employees in his Fortune 500 days, to every client in over 500 real estate transactions his teams have closed since 2003!

An Inspector of Elections in Burlington, Mike's been involved and on the Boards of Very Merry Theatre, a Burlington based non-profit where the excitement of theater happens for kids, and was a founding Board Member of Mahana Magic, a non-profit involved in assisting the children of parents with cancer.
His wife Joan has been a Special Educator in many schools in Chittenden County since 1982, and in the summers they both love to get out on the lake, weather permitting!!
